Terms of Service

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Brazaustra Pty Ltd in Australia ("we"), which runs Push200. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept them on its behalf.

The service

Push200 helps you build, sign, test and send mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play. Builds run on your own GitHub account. We may change or improve features over time.

Your account

You must give accurate details, use a mobile number you control and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at contact@push200.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

Your accounts with other services

You need your own GitHub, Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, and you must follow their terms. GitHub may charge you for build minutes under your own plan, and those charges are separate from ours. Apple and Google decide whether to approve your apps, and we can't guarantee they will.

Your apps and code

Your code and apps stay yours. You give us permission to access your selected repositories only as needed to run the service, including adding a separate build branch and secrets. You're responsible for your apps, for having the rights to everything in them, and for what you release.

Acceptable use

Don't use Push200 to break the law, build malware, infringe others' rights, attack or overload the service, get around plan limits, or share your account to resell the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for.

We may change prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. If a payment fails and isn't fixed, your account may move to the Free plan, and builds may stop for apps above its limit. Except where the law requires, fees already paid aren't refundable.

Your rights under Australian law

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or similar laws that can't be excluded, including any right to a remedy if a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is. It depends on GitHub, Apple, Google and others, so we can't promise it will always be available or that every build will succeed. Keep your own backups of your code and keys.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data or store rejections. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Where the law lets us limit our liability for a consumer guarantee, we limit it to supplying the service again or paying for that.

Ending your account

You can stop using Push200 at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing contact@push200.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these terms. Your code stays in your own GitHub repository either way.

Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll update this page and tell you by email before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia, and Australian courts can hear any dispute.
